Manufacturing  Precision machined components,  screw machine products and CNC Swiss machined Components m utilizing the best in screw machining technology.  Our facility uses the finest davenport  screw machines, brown and sharp, CNC lathes.  We also utilized a variety of  multiple spindle screw machines, these include SNM, New Britain, Greenlee,  and ACME Gridley.  Abbate Screw Products, Inc.  is a one stop machining source, due to our vast array of secondary operations including  CNC Milling, Grinding, Honing, Milling, cross drilling and broaching to name a few.  Abbate Screw Products Produces precision screw machined parts for industries such as Hydraulic -  sleeves, poppet, cages, and spools for cartridge valves.  Automotive - Fasteners, ball studs, grease fittings,  and adapters.  Appliance controls- calibration screws, set screws, adaptors, standoffs, bushings, and pins to name a few..  Precision CNC machining and Precision Screw Machining are our speciaties.
